Why is the shopping cart an unsecured page?

The shopping cart has no information that puts your security at risk. Once you select "CHECKOUT" you will be redirected to our encrypted (AES-256 256 bit) pages for entering your address and credit card information.

How safe is my credit card information?

We use 256-bit SSL encryption when transferring credit card information through our web site. Your credit card information is kept confidential and secure at all times. We do NOT store your credit card information on our website. If you chose to set up an account with us, we will hold credit card information at YOUR request in an offline computer (with no internet access) for future use.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS MUST provide us the correct billing address where the credit card statement is received. If you do not provide the billing address your order will be delayed.

You will also be asked your Card Verification Value. This is a 3 digit code on the back of your card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed the day they are received. Once payment is complete, your package will be shipped the following business day.

We will forward the tracking information to you, allowing you to track your order.

If you live within the United States, you should receive your order in a week, depending on the shipping option you chose.

If you are outside the US, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be delivered to you.

How do I set up an account?

You can set up an account with us by calling us at 407-506-2765. We set up accounts via phone ONLY!

Of course, You can still order via the site, but no information will be stored. You will need to re-enter all information the next time you order.

Do you carry unsigned/D.I.Y. Bands?

Yes. If you would like us to carry your band merch, please send us a copy of your CD, along with a one sheet. Please no CDrs or an email with a link to your myspace page. Pro bands only.

How much is shipping?

$4 USD for first item, $1 USD each additional item.

As Always...There is free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are a Florida residence, you DO have to pay a 6.5% sales tax. If you live outside of Florida we DO NOT charge you sales tax.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

Why is my CD not factory sealed?

If you have received an item that is not factory sealed, you most likely ordered an imported title or a title from a independent vendor. All of our CDs are brand new and have never been played.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns if you receive an item other than what you ordered or an item with a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for orders that arrive to you damaged by the Post Office. We carefully examine all items before they are packaged. We NEVER ship damaged items. Any damaged or missing packages should be reported to your local Postmaster.

We do NOT accept returns on CDs you do not like. Make sure you know what you are buying before purchasing. We provide a link to the band's web page (if available) in each item's page.
